Due to the working environment and time factors of the submersible pump, some troubles will occur. In order to improve its working efficiency, let us analyze the faults of the submersible pump.

One. The submersible pump has abnormal vibration and instability.

Main reasons:

1. The pump base anchor bolts are not tightened or loose.
2. The outlet pipe is not supported independently, and the pipe vibration affects the pump.
3. Impeller mass is unbalanced or even damaged or loosely installed.
4. The upper and lower bearings of the pump are damaged.

Methods:

1. Tighten all anchor bolts evenly.
2. Set independent and stable support for the water outlet pipe of the pump, so that the outlet pipe flange of the pump does not bear the weight.
3. Repair or replace the impeller.
4. Replace the upper and lower bearings of the pump.

Two. The submersible pump does not water out or insufficient flow.

Main reasons:

1. The installation height of the pump is too high, so that the impeller immersion depth is not enough, resulting in a decrease in the water output of the pump.
2. The pump turns in the opposite direction.
3. The outlet valve cannot be opened.
4. The water outlet pipe is not smooth or the impeller is blocked.
5. The wear ring at the lower end of the pump is seriously worn or blocked by debris.
6. Pumping liquid density is too large or viscosity is too high.
7. The impeller is detached or damaged.
8. Many water pumps share the output of the pipeline, the one-way valve is not installed or the one-way valve is not tightly sealed.

Methods:

1. Control the allowable deviation of the pump installation elevation, and do not expand at will.
2. Before the pump is tested, first idle the motor and check the steering to make it consistent with the pump. If the above occurs during use, check if the power phase sequence changes.
3. Check the valve and maintain the valve frequently.
4. Clean up the blockage of the pipeline and the impeller, and often salvage the debris in the reservoir.
5. Replace the lower end wear ring to remove debris.
6. Re-equipped with matching pumps.
7. Reinstall or replace.
8. Install the one-way valve and replace the one-way valve seal.

Three, the submersible pump does not run when starting.

Main reasons:

1. The power switch and plug are not in good contact.
2. control line insurance burned.
3. main circuit insurance burned.
4. Two-phase submersible pump capacitor burned out.
5. three-phase submersible pump lacks phase.

Methods:

1. repair or replace.
2. Replace the insurance.
3. Replace the capacitor.
4. Turn on the phase-break circuit.
