(1) Select a submersible multistage pump based on the maximum allowable production of the source well. The pump volume of the pump must be consistent with the actual water inflow in the well. The pump volume must be equal to or slightly less than the actual production of the water source well. Otherwise, strong pumping will be generated, which will not only shorten the service life of the deep well submersible pump, but also filter it in severe cases. (2) The diameter of the deep well pump must match the diameter of the wellbore. In order to make the deep well pump run smoothly, the groundwater can be quickly collected when pumping water, and the running of the pump can be reduced without resistance. The diameter of the wellbore of the pump and the pump body is required to be larger than the maximum diameter of the pump body by 20-40 mm. (5) Select the deep well pump based on the total head loss. The diameter, head (stage) and power of the deep well submersible pump are selected according to the total head pressure required to pump groundwater from the pump head to the surface tank or water tower according to the deep well submersible pump. The water pressure increases in proportion to the number of impellers flowing through it. The impeller of the deep well pump is immersed in water, only the lift and no suction. The rated head and the actual running head of the pump cannot be too different (public number: pump housekeeper), and must not be higher than 25% of the actual head. The pump has a high lift and requires a large motor power. It is easy to cause the pump to have a large upper string. The lighter wears the impeller and the blade shell. The bearing in the shell (the limit function) is easy to stick with the pump coupling. The pump will not run and the motor overload winding will burn out.

If a high-head pump is used for low head pumping, its flow will inevitably increase, even outside the working range, running under high flow, low efficiency, and high energy consumption. On the surface, it seems that the pumping speed can be increased. Improve the pumping efficiency, but it is not worth the loss. It is not advisable to promote it. Because the flow rate of the pump reaches or exceeds the maximum production of the well, the structure of the outer filter layer will be destroyed. In the case of light, a large amount of sand will be injected into the well. The nearby ground will sink and will endanger the safety of the well. In addition, the pump has long-term high lift, large flow, low efficiency, high-speed operation, and the water flow rate of the pump is accelerated, which will destroy the chemical balance of the groundwater, precipitate the dissolved substances in the water, and precipitate in the water inlet gap or the gap of the filter tube. Acceleration of fouling, resulting in blockage of the filter, and increased congestion over time, the pump will be corroded and cavitation leading to damage, resulting in increased consumption and electricity bills. Therefore, the head of the deep well pump must be equal to or slightly larger than the total head loss consumed during the water supply.
