The so-called armature is the part of the motor that is equipped with a wire.     1. The armature winding

The armature winding is a coil made of insulated copper wire which is embedded in the armature core slot according to a certain rule and is connected with the commutator. Generally, the coil and the core should be properly insulated between the upper and lower layers of the coil, pressed tightly with a wedge, and then fastened with a glass ribbon or wire. The armature winding is the core component of the fire pump, and the induced electromotive force and electromagnetic torque are generated when the motor is working, thereby realizing energy conversion.

In order to reduce the hysteresis and eddy current loss when the core rotates in the main magnetic field, the armature core is generally laminated with a 0.5 mm thick silicon steel sheet coated with an insulating varnish, and the core surface has evenly distributed teeth and grooves. The discharge pivot winding is embedded in the slot. The armature core constitutes a magnetic path. The armature core is fixed to the rotor support or the rotating shaft.
