Before using the submersible pump for wells, the insulation resistance of the motor must be checked with a megohmmeter, and its value must not be less than 50mΩ.
The water immersion motor should open the irrigation plug and tighten the plug after filling it with clean water. Do not screw off the irrigation plug and run it directly into the well.
Check whether the cable is cracked or broken before use. If there is any damage, it should be replaced in time to prevent leakage.
The submersible pump for well should inject clear water into the pump before launching, then idle for 1 – 2 minutes and start to check twice whether the starting and idling are normal and whether the steering meets the requirements. If the direction is reversed, replace any two-phase wiring. Check the riser for cracks. Whether the connection is firm or not.
When the submersible electric pump for wells is lowered and lifted, it is not allowed to pull the cable hard, so as to avoid cable damage or disconnection of joints, resulting in unnecessary accidents. Should use iron wire or clamp plate down and lifting.

The power supply voltage should be controlled within 5 % of the rated voltage so that the motor can work normally. If the voltage is too low or too high, the motor cannot continue to be used in order to avoid damage when the motor is working under overvoltage or undervoltage for a long time.
When diving into the water with the submersible electric pump, the well should be suspended vertically and not tilted. The water inlet depth should be 5 meters below the dynamic water level.
The actual lift of submersible pumps for wells should be used within the rated lift of 08 – 11 times, so as to improve unit efficiency, save energy and avoid motor overload.
The motor wiring must be connected in order to prevent the motor from burning out due to lack of phase operation. Cables must be checked regularly for cracks, scratches, etc., and replaced or repaired in time.
After half a year’s operation of the submersible well pump, repair and inspection shall be carried out and damaged parts shall be replaced.
After the submersible well pump is used, the submersible motor shall put clean water in the motor. Clean the electric pump, oil it for rust prevention, and keep it upright in a dry place.
