Inspection and preparation before installation

(1) Check whether the well meets the use conditions of the pump, i.e. the well diameter, vertical and borehole wall quality, as well as the static water level, dynamic water level, water inflow and water quality conditions, etc. If it does not meet the use conditions, corresponding measures must be taken, otherwise the pump cannot be lowered into the well.
(2) Check whether the power supply equipment and power supply lines can guarantee the normal operation of the electric pump.
(3) whether the power supply voltage and frequency meet the use conditions.
(4) Be familiar with the installation instructions, clean up the newly drilled wells and remove mud and sand from the water before installing the submersible electric pump.
(5) Check whether the electrical circuit, control and protection devices are reasonable, safe and reliable.
(6) Prepare various installation and use tools, erection of tripod and lifting chain ( or other lifting tools ) should be safe, reliable and easy to use.

Submersible Well Pump Installation

(1) Remove the filter screen from the pump and then open the water injection and vent bolts to fill the inner cavity of the motor with clean water, so as to ensure filling and prevent false filling. And check whether all parts of the motor are leaking. If water leakage is found, adjust the rubber pad to tighten the bolt according to the position.
(2) Carefully check whether cables and joints are damaged or bruised, and bind up in time when problems are found.
(3) The insulation resistance of the winding is not less than 150 megohms measured with a 500 volt megohmmeter.
(4) Install the protection switch and starting equipment, check whether the water in the motor is full, tighten the bolts of water injection and air discharge holes, and then install the wire protection plate and water filter net to prepare for running into the well.
(5) Install a short water pipe section at the outlet of the pump, and lift it and drop it into the well with the clamp plate, so that the clamp plate is located on the well table.
(6) Clamp another water transmission pipe with a pair of splints, and then connect it with the flange of the short water transmission pipe under lifting and landing. Lift the lifting chain and remove the first set of clamping plates, so that the pump pipe will be placed on the well table again in the descending well, and then install repeatedly and run down the well until it is completely installed, and the last set of clamping plates will fix the pump on the wellhead without unloading.
(7) Finally put the well lit, elbow, gate valve outlet pipe, etc.
(8) The rubber pad shall be added to the connecting flange every time, and the fastening screws after alignment shall be tightened in the diagonal direction at the same time to prevent skew and water leakage.
(9) Cable wires shall be fixed in the groove on the flange of the water transmission pipe, and each section shall be fixed with tie ropes. Be careful in the process of running down the well. Cables shall not be used as hanging ropes, let alone damaged cables.
(10) There is a jam in the process of pumping. We should try to overcome the jam and not force the pump down to avoid jamming.
(11) It is strictly prohibited for personnel to go down the well when installing pumps such as big wells.
(12) The protection switch and starting equipment shall be equipped with voltage, ammeter and indicator light. And installed on the switchboard, put in place.
