3. The use head of the submersible pump is too high
The main reasons for the excessively high head in the use of submersible pumps are: the inappropriate selection of the submersible pump used, the specified high head, or the improper valve adjustment during the use of the pump, which makes the pump head too high. The treatment method is to adjust the use range of the submersible pump according to the specified range of use, or choose another submersible pump of appropriate specifications.

The impeller of the submersible pump or the flow channel of the pump body is blocked, which will directly cause the submersible pump cannot work normally. The treatment method is to dismantle the inspection pump and remove the debris in the impeller of the pump or the flow channel of the pump body.
5. Submersible pump impeller or pump cover is worn
The treatment method is to dismantle the water pump, repair or replace the impeller or pump cover.
6. The water discharged from the submersible pump contains too many solid impurities or the viscosity of the water is too high
Too much solid impurities in the water or too high viscosity of the water will overload the submersible pump. The treatment method is to appropriately adjust the working position of the submersible pump or select another suitable specification sewage submersible pump.
7. The water level is too low or the pump is partially dehydrated
In the use of submersible pumps, the water level is too low or the pump is partially dehydrated, which causes the submersible pump cannot work properly: when the water level is too low, the pump will produce cavitation, and partial dehydration operation will make the submersible pump heat dissipation worse.
