Submersible pump structure for well
Submersible pump for well is composed of the pump body, lifting pipe, pump seat, submersible motor ( including cable ) and starting protection device. The pump body is the working part of the submersible pump and consists of parts such as water inlet section, guide shell, check valve, pump shaft and impeller. The impellers are fixed on the shaft in two ways: 150QJ30, 200QJ80, 250QJ80 and QJC impellers are fastened to the pump shaft with conical sleeves. Other types of impellers are fixed to the pump shaft with keys and bushings. The diversion shells are connected by bolts. The whole pump body of 150QJT15 is fastened with four flat drawbars. The pump body and the submersible motor are connected by bolts with flange faces. The two shafts are connected by couplings. The lifting pipes are also bolted together. The motor is a vertical running submersible three-phase asynchronous motor for water-filled wells, with waterproof rubber-sheathed cables. The starting protection device should be a self-coupling decompression starting box with equal protection functions of overload, undervoltage and disconnection.

Working Principle of Submersible Pump for Well
The submersible motor drives the impeller of the submersible pump to rotate, so that a vacuum is formed at the inlet of the impeller, water is sucked in, and centrifugal force is generated by the action of the impeller blades, thereby obtaining speed energy and pressure energy. Water with certain energy passes through the guide shell and enters the next stage impeller, with the increase of pump stage, the pressure increases continuously. Finally, it is sent to the pipeline system on the ground through the riser and pump seat.
