Maintenance in operation

1. The water inlet pipe must be highly sealed and cannot leak water or air.
2. It is forbidden for the pump to run under cavitation;
3, try to avoid the pump running under the condition of large flow;
4, regularly check the motor current value;  Shall not exceed the rated current of the motor;
5, the pump should be in charge during the operation to avoid accidents;
6. The pump refuels the bearings every 5000 hours.
7. During the long-term operation of the pump, when the noise and vibration of the unit increase due to mechanical wear, the unit shall be stopped for inspection and the wearing parts may be replaced if necessary. The overhaul period of the unit is generally one year.

Maintenance of mechanical seal

1. The mechanical seal lubricating fluid should be clean and no solid particles;
2. It is strictly forbidden to do mechanical seals under dry grinding conditions;
3. The pump (motor) should be driven a few times before starting to avoid the mechanical seal breakage caused by sudden start;
4. The leakage tolerance is allowed within 3 drops/min, otherwise, it should be overhauled.
