That is, a connecting plate is placed under the pump bottom plate, then placed on four vibration-proof devices, and then fasten to the cement base with bolts.
- Install according to the selected fire pump model
According to the installation instructions and methods of the fire pump, prepare the anchor bolts, flat washers, spring washers, nuts, etc., and prepare the cement foundation according to the installation method, and pre-bury the anchor bolts. After the foundation is dry, clean the debris and dust on the foundation mounting surface, and check the horizontality of the foundation mounting surface with a flat ruler.
Pay attention to the inlet and outlet pipes of the pump
In order to facilitate maintenance and safety, it is required to install a regulating valve on each of the inlet and outlet pipes, and install a pressure gauge near the pump outlet to adjust and ensure that the fire pump operates within the rated flow and lift range, to ensure the normal operation of the pump, increase the life of fire pumps.
Correctly remove oil and dirt from the bottom plate of the fire pump.
According to the requirements of the installation diagram, lift the pump to the basic installation position, find the direction of the inlet and outlet, place the washers, spring washers on the bolts, and tighten the nuts.
