Do you know two types of pressure tanks?
From the point of view of the water supply equipment, the pressure tank can be said to be necessary power for fire pumps. In general, pressure tanks are also classified, mainly in the following two types:
-
Air supply pressure tank

In the air supply pressure tank, the air is in direct contact with the water. After a period of time, the air reduces due to leakage and dissolution in the water, so that the amount of water gradually reduces. The start of the water pump is getting more and more complicated, so it is necessary to supplement the air regularly. The air supply method includes air compressor air supply, water ejector air supply, and periodic venting air supply.
-
Diaphragm pressure tank
Vertical Diaphragm Pressure Tank
The diaphragm type pressure tank is separated from gas and water, and the water is inside the rubber bladder, and the gap between the outer portion and the tank body is prefilled with an inert gas, which is generally filled with nitrogen. This type of pressure tank has no loss problem of gas and water and can be inflated once and used for a long time without having to provide an air compressor.
