The construction of automatic control irrigation for diesel pumps can be properly rectified according to the actual situation in the water saving work of Ningxia desertification control. In the case where automatic control irrigation based on soil moisture, field weather, crop growth factors, etc cannot be fully realized. Project pipeline pressure needs to be determined by the degree of human participation in the control automation system, which is a new idea for the development of this technology.

The working principle of the automatic control system is: sensors and monitoring equipment of soil, weather, crops, and other types collect monitoring data through information collection station, transmit to the computer central control system. The software of the central control system analyzes the collected values.

For example, compared the water content with the irrigation saturation point and the compensation point to determine whether irrigation should be performed or stop. Then transmit the signal to open or close the valve through the central control system to the valve control system. And then the valve control system implements the opening or closing of the valves of a certain round of irrigation area to realize the automatic control of agriculture.

The equipment of the automatic control system mainly consists of five parts: a central controller, a field workstation, a DTU (remote network terminal unit) or a decoder (valve controller), a solenoid valve, and field information collection or monitoring equipment.

In addition to functions such as forecasting, existing automated monitoring and control systems also implement the following functions on the computer: process monitoring, data collection, data processing, data storage, alarm, data display, data management, and process control. And real-time process intelligent decision-making to achieve full automatic control.
